Снова про импорт. Как запретить обновлять товары ?

Здравствуйте все! Подскажите, пожалуйста, как прописать такую логику:

 

- запретить обновлять товары при импорте из csv

- добавлять новый товар, если артикул отсутствует в БД

 

Заранее спасибо за совет!
